About AB Digital Auto Fill
AB Digital Auto Fill is a browser extension provided by AB Digital Overseas. It helps authorized AB Digital Overseas users copy selected records into Wafid appointment, MOFA visa and BEOE OEP permission or emigrant registration forms, check visa status, and import selected MOFA applicant details back into the original Visa Entry form.
Information processed
Depending on the selected workflow, details may include passenger and father names, date and place of birth, gender, nationality, passport and CNIC numbers, passport dates, addresses, email, telephone, sponsor and employer details, permission and visa numbers, professions, employment conditions, nominee details, and registration, voucher or bank details supplied by the user. An optional emigrant photograph is processed only when supplied for the form.
Transfer and storage
After the user requests auto-fill, the AB Digital Overseas application sends the selected details directly to the extension, which fills the selected destination website. Pending jobs are stored temporarily in Chrome session storage, removed after completion/attempt or tab closure, and expire after ten minutes. Expired jobs cannot fill a form; stale entries may remain in session storage until cleanup or browser closure. Completed values remain in the destination form. Submission is manual and the destination website's privacy policy applies.
Permissions
Storage holds pending jobs temporarily. Scripting fills supported forms. Website access is limited to Wafid, MOFA, BEOE and the two AB Digital Overseas application domains. Application access is needed to return user-selected MOFA applicant form data to the original Visa Entry tab. Only abdigitaloverseas.com and www.abdigitaloverseas.com can request a fill. The extension does not read application passwords or session cookies.
Data returned from MOFA
When you click Send Data To Visa Entry Form, the helper reads supported applicant fields on that MOFA page and returns them to the original AB Digital Overseas Visa Entry tab. This requires the same passport, an unexpired transfer request, and the original application page. The extension holds a temporary tab reference and page URL to route this transfer; it does not collect your browsing history. Saving the imported record in the application is a separate user action.
Data use
We do not sell this extension data, use it for advertising, track browsing history, or send the transfer to an additional analytics server. Information is used only for the requested form-filling function. The extension does not automatically submit registrations, solve CAPTCHA or make payments. Some configured declarations are checked during filling and must be reviewed before submission.
Third-party websites
AB Digital Auto Fill supports the listed workflows and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wafid, MOFA or BEOE. When you submit a form, the destination website processes those details under its own privacy policy. Records you choose to save in AB Digital Overseas are managed separately by your authorized application account.
Control and support
Review and correct all form fields before submitting. Remove pending requests by closing their tabs, close Chrome to clear session storage, or uninstall the extension at chrome://extensions. For support, use Support / Suggestion in your AB Digital Overseas account or visit Contact.
